November 30	Massachusetts is back Since the PACT Act took effect in June of this year, we have been unable to sell to customers in Massachusetts because there were no procedures in place for us to follow in complying with the new federal law. Today, however, we received clearance to start selling to our Massachusetts customers again. We have submitted our registration information to the state and are able to collect and pay taxes on tobacco products we sell online to customers in Massachusetts.

August 03	New support ticket system in place We have moved to a new and better managed ticket system. All the old queries from the existing system have been imported to this new system so don't worry about your existing query not being answered. We will get to it as soon as we can. The new ticket system can be found under Personal->Helpdesk and you can create a new ticket from there. All subsequent replies can now be made directly from your email instead of having to come back to the site. If you prefer to use the Ticket Manager under Personal->Helpdesk to reply you may do so. July 29	Canada orders - now from Swedish Warehouse We have returned to our policy of shipping the bulk of our Canadian orders from the Swedish warehouse. All the usual products will now be shipped from Sweden while the US only brands will continue to be shipped from the US.

June 23	Low Tax Brands in the USA Due to the way US State taxes are structured, some brands will be taxed higher than others. The brands we recommend from a taxation standpoint are Gotlandssnus, Jakobsson's, Thunder and Offroad. These brands will only cost our US customers a fraction more than they did before.
